This artist has spent a lifetime of creative exploration, painting on-location in Bucks County PA, the Brandywine area of Delaware, New England, Florida and abroad. His paintings convey a powerful modern impressionistic style that is clearly his own.  

In 2001, Mr. Letven was honored with a retrospective show of his watercolors at The University of the Arts, Philadelphia where he is an alumnus of the mid fifties. Since 2005 Mr. Letven has now expanded his fine art activities to include oils. The picture to your right, " A fine old Barn" was painted in three outdoor sessions and is available for purchase at the Chestnut Hill Gallery in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia where it is now on exhibit.

His work is frequently exhibited at Sabine Rose Gallery, Doylestown PA and Radclyffe Gallery in New Hope PA. Recently he has gained representation by the Isador Gallery in Lancaster PA as well as the Chestnut Hill Gallery in Chestnut Hill. Philadelphia PA.
